Our Past

In 1957, a family got on a boat in Yugoslavia, and turned out into the Adriatic looking for a better life. After two years in refugee camps, the family arrived in New York Harbor in February of 1959. Over the following decades that family would carve a place out for themselves in New York - the greatest place on earth, building a portfolio of multi-family, commercial and municipal real estate.

Our Present

Continuing that legacy, in 2009 by David Belanich and Adam Belanich, founded Alea Realty - a a private family office dedicated to the disciplined stewardship and strategic growth across the real estate sector and beyond.

Prioritizing a ands-on approach to asset management, we ensure that our legacy continues to be built on a foundation of stable, high-quality properties and deep-rooted community partnerships. At our core, we are defined by a commitment to excellence that only a family-led enterprise can provide.
